These maps encourage exploration of local town and city centers in a new and exciting way, helping discover hidden treasures and learn about local history. With over 40 adventures to choose from across England, and more being added, these A3 poster maps allow young explorers to follow and mark off treasures like statues, sculptures, gargoyles, and quirky signs. Each map is an opportunity to gain new adventuring skills and at the end of the adventure, a certificate can be downloaded to commemorate the achievement.

What is the refund policy for Treasure Map Trails?

Treasure Map Trails has a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Contact the team at team@treasuremaptrails.com to start a return, and you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions.

Does Treasure Map Trails offer exchanges?

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How does the refund process work?

Treasure Map Trails will notify you once they have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

What is Treasure Map Trails' shipping policy?

If you order before 12 pm Monday to Friday, your maps will be sent the same day. If you order after 12 pm, the maps will be sent the following day. Orders after 12 pm on Friday, and on Saturday or Sunday, will be sent the following Monday. All maps are sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class service, which expects to deliver within 1 to 2 days.
